1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 days across India. Delivery time may vary for remote areas. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders above ₹499 enjoy free shipping. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49 applies.
3. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel orders before they are shipped by contacting us immediately via email or WhatsApp. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Cards, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are securely processed.
5. How do I request a return or exchange?
To request a return or exchange:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and a complete unboxing video showing the issue.

Once approved, we’ll guide you on return pickup or self-shipping.
6. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Non-returnable items include:

Opened personal care or hygiene products

Fragile or perishable items (candles, wax products, etc.)

Customized, made-to-order, or digital products (unless defective)
7. How long does it take to get a refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 8–15 working days to the original payment method. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
8. My product is damaged or wrong—what should I do?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share a clear unboxing video. Without the video, replacements or refunds cannot be issued.
9. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to track your package in real time.
